“How to think like a dev editor” has proven remarkably popular, whether given as short talks and interviews, day-long classes, or even eight-week long workshops, so I thought you might be interested in this also: an interview I gave to the Professional Editors’ Network on what goes into the business of being a professional developmental editor. Full of tips if you’ve ever considered becoming an editor, if I say so myself.
